I had a russian tortoise. They are faster than most people think and they camouflage easily in grass and leaves. They are notorious diggers and can bury themselves in seconds. They usually escape outdoor enclosures by tunneling.

Goats are very finicky compared to sheep. Cows are pretty demanding especially during birth and they eat a lot and of course the poo a lot. Horses are big and can be belligerent if you get the wrong one.
