The recording of Rebecca in the hospital bed is heartbreaking. When Amanda said she could feel herself rotting and that it felt “far away”, I thought that meant that Rebecca was dead. It terrifies me to think about what that surgery is they were doing on her was for and it what state her body is in now.

It sucks how they just have Sam locked up and well we knew they were doing something with Amanda but wasn't expecting to see her in a hospital bed. Also I was just thinking if that person who was recording Amanda in the hospital bed was the same person who was recording Amanda and Sam when the company was having her do a recording and say demon words in one of the secret tapes in the first game. I wonder if we'll ever meet that character in the future or if that was one of the people Kate was meeting with in her meetings. I'm just somewhat relieved to see that Sam isn't dead and he's just being held captive by the company.

My theory is that Wooley is Sam Colton, because he was told that there was a chance to see Rebecca (Amanda), so he saw him, in the cartoon, and Joanna is trying to destroy the tapes, essentially kill Amanda, The father will naturally protect the daughter, and in general , Woolley acts like a father to Amanda

I have just figured something out from one of the tapes. Alice in Wonderland. If you think about, Rebecca is in a sort of coma but in a deep sleep just like Alice was. In the book, Alice can feel everything around her and she has forgotten how to feel and reach for her old reality the same goes for Rebecca. The book Sam was reading was hinting that Rebecca would find a way out by remembering everything about her past life and will wake up from her dream walking with the help of Riley. Plus I view her and Amanda as a split personality her good self and her bad self

Orange - Kate was picking up the clues of the show Hamlin made and was gathering a group of people like David, Caroline and Peter on where to go with this as well. We learn that Hamlin is possibly cult practicing a religion. They are aware and confirm that Rebecca signed a contract to Hamlin. Caroline wants to try to save Rebecca but it’s too dangerous for a reasonable amount of variables. Rebecca / Amanda has made contact with Kate and hints that Kate has been research this for 15 years. Blue - Sam Colton is held captive by Hamlin and most likely hasn’t seen Rebecca. The reason why he’s kept alive is to keep Rebecca in line maybe or keep custody of her. Sam signed a contract as well with different regulations to follow. Red - Sam reading the book, Alice in Wonderland. I believe takes place before Amanda the Adventurer was animated back when it was animated. Noticed the man in the suit enter the frame and how he talks to Sam after the reading ends. I believe that man is with Hamlin and that’s how they met Sam. Green - a cameraman is filming possibly surgery done on Rebecca. Maybe to transfer her subconscious to the digital show. That’s my possible guess. I believe the correct timeline for this is : Red is first because Sam wasn’t held captive by Hamlin yet. Orange is last because that’s when the animated show was on air and the child disappearances were growing. I can’t figure out which order Green and Blue are in but I will happily respond to any possible guesses or questions about my timeline so far.

Hey I had some time to think about it and I think I know what is happening in Green and Blue as well as the order. Red is first because it shows how Sam and Hamlin’s partnership began. Blue is happening first. In Blue Sam is told lies about Rebecca still being awake while he’s captured. The reason why he can’t see her is because she’s in her coma from the machines we saw in the Green Tape. Sam would flip out if he saw Rebecca in the state and wouldn’t cooperate with Hamlin. If Sam isn’t cooperating, neither will Rebecca which is why they’re making him film the video we saw on this tape. And if he is out he might escape and disclosed to the public what happened to Rebecca from Hamlin. Also Sam is a good dad and wouldn’t leave Rebecca behind. The Green Tape shows Rebecca hooked up to a machine, at first I didn’t know what it was until I remember the story in the Red Tape. That tape had Sam read Alice in Wonderland to the kids. At the end of that book Alice wakes up from a dream that she was having about Wonderland. After I remembered that detail all the puzzles came together. That machine Rebecca is hooked up to is possibly putting her soul into the cartoon. Amanda the Adventurer is the dreams of Rebecca Colton. Hamlin did this to keep the show alive that way their power over the world can stay alive. We could assume that a person working for Kate filmed that tape. But that isn’t confirmed yet. What we do know is that the Orange tape is last because Kate is trying to find out what Hamlin is doing as well what happened to Sam and Rebecca. I assume they’ve made contact with Amanda/Rebecca’s Conciseness by watching the tapes just like Amanda did with Riley during the game. The timeline order of these tapes are: Red, Blue, Green and Orange. As for the timeline with the first game. Imma work on that and possibly posts the answers here. But feel free to let me know how I did

It does kind of look like the recording of Amanda is her as an adult. She did say she was out there rotting, maybe they are keeping her body alive even 15 years later. The recording might be recent, and done by either David or Caroline.

So in the end Hamlen production is a cult disguised as an animation studio for kids. Im totally surprised of the real ending, so whoever is in charge of Harmlen production, has been doing this since the Middle ages. Even before tv was born, so this cult kidnapped kids and extract their souls for their demon or demonic king they are worshiping. In the first game a have a wierd feeling that Hamlen have to do with the disappearance of Amanda and her dad. Kate analyze the episodes of Amanda when it was on air the first time and see that every adventure have wierd demonic words or even telling the kids not to follow their parents. In the end the kid gets grabbed by that monster and teleports the kid inside the tape.(Most of the research am saying, is found in the secret tapes) Im still dont know how exactly Hamlen creat the way to grabbed children and transport them to the tape, but unfortunately those kids are just souls, they are dead and trapped inside that cursed show. I bet that also Amanda in some way is a good soul but trapped by that demon and i bet that wooly is a character design not to let Amanda go, because every time Amanda goes on an adventure, she hates wooly and yes wooly could also be connected with the demon. I like this game, i hope they creat a third part.

Thats actually what I was trying to wrap my head around, like clearly there these demon entities lurking around, but also the TV program acts weird in someways so I try to find out its connection between those two, and It does turn out that they are a cult in a someway, but also it feels like there manifesting both science and demonic stuff. but the part that I’m still trying to figure out is why would, not only target that one in-particular cartoon show, With Sam and Rebecca, but also steal children while being locked in just staring at the show. The last thing I want to point is that I personally feel like, Amanda herself has like a double personality. First side is mainly her good/innocent side but most of what we see is she feels empty within, and the bad side is when we either do something wrong which pisses her off or Wooly, because he is mainly there but not necessarily trying to help, but she gets aggravated every time when he’s there

No, it’s actually the Masked Figure’s brother, Jordan. Because in “Do you feel safe in your neighborhood?” When the Masked Figure is talking through the Walkie Talkie, the possum changes victims and goes for the screen, and you can see that “???” Is saying “JO-JO!JO!JOA-“ Which means its calling out to the screen, and Joanne is the name of the Masked Figure, and later, Joanne (The Masked Figure) Says, “My brother, Jordan, was trapped in these tapes, and became one of the entities. The only way to free him is to smash the tapes and the souls trapped inside.” Which means that an entity was Jordan, and since the Possum recognized Joanne’s voice, it must be Jordan.And it can’t be the kid in the 3rd tape, because it just says, “Child” and since Jordan is mentioned, it should have said, “Jordan” if referring to the Possum. Edit:Please like this took me a long time to write.

When we get to a third game we're playing with the devil hope we get more monsters more scares and a free roam mode the game is scary and I love it

I don’t think they will do free roaming, that’s not really the core of the game. Your free roaming is what you have seen at best already, exploring your small map for clues or solving puzzles.

I feel like the hospital tape shows us how Rebecca is in the show, that weird device she is connected to is what connects her conciousness in the show, and the voices say her brain readings are weird, which may explain why Amanda is aggresive sometimes, so Rebecca herself is not in the tapes, her conciousness is in the tapes

So I’m not trying to ruin this whole vibe here I like it I really do but are the theory’s real (just asking) And another theory I have is when Amanda and wooly were playing banidits and if you went west they found clothes they looked stunned especially Amanda so what if Amanda (Rebecca) knows it’s her?
