Dreamer did the perfect punishment for the monster that is Amanda Waller. Waller desired total control at any means and she stripped that from her in the worst way possible. She knows that she knows but all knowledge is locked away and she can't go to anyone she for help because of pride and she has no one she can trust. She will go mad trying to recall what she knew ands it will be the perfect punishment for her. I hope she suffers for years in that cell irl but then we get to see her completely lose her mind and go scorched earth.

There was always something about Waller that rubbed me the wrong way. It led me to not only believe that she has ulterior motives not in line with her universe’s US Government, but also attempt to cover her tracks should she finally get exposed. If Amanda Waller had won she would have still lost, her own ego in my opinion would of been her downfall. With all powered and none powered super heroes/heroines imprisoned, depowered or killed, she would most likely turn on the leaders of the world believing the planet still not being at peace their fault. With all the nations brought under her control and their still being chaos and conflict, she would most likely attempt to force all mankind to bend the knee. I could see many who had followed her turning on her, causing a civil war amongst her forces. If she come out on top and brings about the end of free will and free thought, the truly frightening forces would rise up by that I mean demon kind and other entities to numerous or powerful for even the amazo units or failsafe to deal with, like the multitude of gods; spirits of cities; ancient evils and the Guardian of the Green just to name a few. If by some chance Waller still miraculously comes out on top, I'm sure the Brainiac Queen would eventually turn on her. Though more likely vice versa leading to Walkers end since Waller's forces would be to pityful to put up a meaningful defence and what little remaining of mankind coming to an end. Though even then I can picture Waller's ego refusing to accept any blame, instead trying to blame others. But that's just my own head cannon on a DC version of a 'What If...', heh!
