Crunches, Bicycle (or ab bikes), and Plank are excellent exercises for improving your core strength, shape and functionality. I love these exercises and I do them every week! HOWEVER, if you are doing them poorly you are not only wasting most of the time and effort you put into your ab routine but you are also risking injury (and pain in all the wrong places!)

Repeat 3 ROUNDS of the exercises from top to bottom WITHOUT ANY BREAKS in between each exercise. This means when you finish 30 second of one exercise you move straight into the next, You will be working out continuously for 4.5 minutes.

30 second PLANK
