I sadly don't have a lot of the tools needed to do this, for I am quite young. But I do appreciate you helping those who have them. It's such a nice thing to do

Once a day would be wonderful if you can make the time...otherwise every second day (3/4 times a week) ☺️ Aim for 10 long deep breaths for the stretches and 3 rounds of 15-20 reps for the face pulls 👌🏼♥️
