Sometimes motivation isn't enough, we are all motivated to do it but alot of us lack accountability. We are our own boss when it comes to our fitness, and when it's to cold we easily just say NO not doing it. Find a way of being accountable

I want this lifestyle so bad but I’m trying to find a balance where I’m Not drained. I eat healthy. I’m pretty good at that. But I work from 7:00-3:30 and feel drained after work. I go home and rake a hour to cook dinner/ lunch for next day and then I try to decompress from my work day but I’m exhausted and all of sudden my day is over and I have to go to bed :( any tips with feelings drained from a full time office job

Just start small...I would suggest to try and do a gentle walk or a short 15min bodyweight workout as soon as you finish work. A day of work can be very mentally draining and this can make you feel physically exhausted too. Exercise can actually help to energise you and make you feel better, and doing something active as soon as you are done with your working day is easier to commit to because you are already out and doing things (rather than getting home, sitting on the couch for a moment and then feeling like you can't get up again!). You can also try to incorporate small active things into your day like a walk in your lunchtime lunch break, 10min of stretching first thing in the morning when you wake up, or some exercises in the kitchen while you are preparing your food....Small positive steps will them become habits :) Good Luck! x
