Hi Ramona!! I've found the key is to actually manually shut it on or off versus using the remote. For sure it's a bit shorter than I was hoping but doing the actual switch on the light has helped with that for sure. Might be worth investigating some other options too!

My spouse and I do a lot of DIY, including painting, but I've never seen those paint can lids that allows you to pour the paint in a much neater fashion. We live in the US, so I'm wondering if this is just available in Canada. Does anyone know where we can get them? We need them!

Oh my gosh YOU WILL LOVE THEM! I wonder if I could find a link for you on Amazon. I bought mine at Sherwin Williams ages ago and it's so incredible. I clean it after every project so it's been used many, many times and it's so much easier to leave that on versus sealing the can every day and having that wide pour. I'll take a look but I bet your local paint shop or hardware store would have them! ❤️

It is not a good idea to be doing this while pregnant. Particularly with toxic fumes from paint and varnish.

Definitely took this into consideration! Thankfully no varnish and took a lot of breaks that weren't on the vlog from painting as I went ☺️ I really appreciate the concern! It was good listening to my body the whole time
