Sephora had an amazing dupe for the Dior airflash with a better shade range and without all the fragrance that dior puts in all their foundations. It had nearly 5 stars and was one of the first high end foundations I bought in high school. It was beautiful + lightweight but I'm pretty sure they're discontinuing it since theres not as many shades on the sephora website anymore. So sad since I wanted to repurchase it. I'd 100% buy a similar formula from another brand as long as it didnt have the fragrance, but no one's interested in making aerosol foundations anymore I guess! Anyway I was so excited for this video. Foundation declutters, esp from those with similar foundation tastes, are so relaxing ❣

the PF healthy foundation is a new favorite for me, it's very unique. unfortunately, i've heard they're discontinuing it! it was on sale at my walgreens for $3, so i bought every one they had (lol). none of them match me, so i'm over here mixing three colors, but it's so worth it! i'm also crazy about the flower beauty light illusion for mixing with my EL double wear for when i want to be full coverage and long lasting but also dewy. i feel like you might like the wet n' wild cushion foundation, it's another one of those light dewy foundations that manages to be pretty bulletproof.

I'm loving the Shiseido too, and love the MAC F&B (with the same application you explained). I think the Lancome skin feels good is similar to the YSL all in one glow (which I love and repurched). A while ago I used to wear the Lancome Teint Idole 24Hr, but when I went to repurchase it, by mistake, I grabbed the Lancome Teint Miracle, which now I like much more than the teint idole, it's long wearing and I don't need to powder it, but more natural finish. Also loving the Guerlain l'essentiel and the terracotta stick foundation

Love these kinds of videos, especially since we have just about the same tastes. I appreciate that you went into detail about each product. I’ve been having a lot of early dr’s appointments and find myself reaching for J. Cat’s Aquasurance Powder foundation. It’s so fast and easy, which living with a severe chronic illness is what I need. I always use a light hand and finish it with Catrice’s dewy setting spray. It literally transforms it. I noticed that you didn’t mention the Nudestix Tinted Cover. I may be mistaken, but is that one that you’ve mentioned. I’m asking because I’ve been wanting to purchase it. Oh, another foundation that I enjoy is Wet n Wild’s cushion foundation. Thanks so much, girlie🍃🌸

Mac face and body does that but I only have a shade for summer. In winter I use Estee Lauder Double Wear. I have combination skin, so if I use a good moisturizer and use just a little bit of product, I can get it to look like skin but it's still a tiny bit heavy for my liking. Any recommendations? Comment from combo to oily skin: L’Oréal infallible fresh wear and CYO are also suitable for more oily skin, not just for dry skin. A matt primer in T zone or good oil control setting powder (pressed powder or loose powder are both ok) will be enough for it to last 10 hours and still look fresh. However flower beauty light illusion and physicians formula are unfortunately both a bit too dewy for oily skin. L’Oréal oxidizes to be more orange while CYO oxidizes to be more grey(neutral olive). L’Oréal is slightly more lightweight and transfer proof for oily skin. Hope it helps.

Not that you need😳 any more foundations, but if you would like to try more... -Lumene CC color correcting cream (in a tube with a purple cap) The brand is from Finland so the shade range has options for fair skin. The finish is natural with medium coverage. It claims to be 6 in 1 (primer, moisturizer,spf...) and it looks great even on dry skin. A good everyday foundation that I apply with just my fingers (literally any method could work). Shade "light" looks natural on my very pale skin even if there are now even lighter shades available. Drugstore priced. Vegan and cruelty free. -Philosophy No reason to hide instant skin-tone perfecting moisturiser (a tinted moisturizer with spf 20) this looks as natural and beautiful on my skin as a makeup product can look. It doesn't really cover acne but it makes the skin look amazing. It still looks amazing in the evening but I need to blot the oil from T-zone away. This doesn't ever collect on crevices because it becomes one with your skin. The shade range is terrible (light and medium options!) but the light blends beautifully on my pale winter skin. This too I apply with my fingers. The consistency is thick so I believe you need the warmth of fingers to blend this in. This looks dewy on the skin and a thin veil of powder is needed to get rid of the tacky feel. This sounds so high maintenance that I understand if no one is interested, but on top of all it is expensive too😬😅 But for a 32 yo woman who has lately become more worried about looking dry and wrinkly than a little bit too shiny, this product has a purpose for me. I've used this in everyday makeup and in evening makeup. The best part is that it is "a moisturiser" so you could go without using any extra products before applying this! If there's UV radiation, always use a separate spf before applying foundation because no spf in a foundation is reliable enough. (You would need to use ten pumps of a foundation to reach the spf number that's in the foundation bottle! Crazy.)

THANK YOU for all the recommendations!!! I'm super interested in the philosophy instant skin-tone perfecting moisturizer.... sounds right up my apply though!!

Have you tried Dior Nude Air? Its amazing, would be right up your alley, (if you can get past the fragrance)...A couple new skinlike foundations Im loving (light coverage) are Chanel water fresh tint, and Armani Neo Nude, true to skin natural glow foundation... Another that you would probably love is Mac wWterweight, its one of my absolute holy grails, super light weight, light to med coverage, absolutely beautiful satin demi matte type skin finish. The Waterweight concealer is fabulous too, same watewry texture as the foundation, same kind of dropper style bottle but tiny, same amazing beautiful texture, but with a suprising coverage for that type of weightless texture..... Also, Bobbi Brown Skin, the regular one, its so beautiful, give it a few minutes and it does this thing, like it fuses into your skin , but it takes a few minutes, and then its perfection.... And for when I want super dewy, two that actually look really dewy on me are Milk sunshine skin tint and Ilia skin tint, both look AMAZING on my 39 year old combo leaning dry face.... I need to try that Missha out sometime... thanks for the video!!! :) edit: one more that you might like is the Dior Dreamskin fresh and Perfect cushion, its super thin and light coverage but has this amazing perfecting ability somehow, like the Glossier skin tint, I think they have something to them other than coverage and pigment that gives their perfecting abilities, some kind f magic. Its 80 bucks, but for that price you get a refill so its really more like 40, I guess you could just buy the refill if you didnt care about the compact...

I wonder if some foundations were discontinued because they were released before their time, when matte skin was in - I remember seeing Too Faced Amazing Skin at Ulta years ago. Maybe they should repackage and bring it back as “new”. Do you have a worst of video for foundations that disappointed you? Have you tried MAC Water Weight? I like it but can’t get it to not sit on my skin - if I mix it with something with more coverage it thins the other one out and I like it better. I know it will sit on silicone primers, since it’s watery, but I’m still trying to figure out how to make it better. www.makeupalley.com/product/showreview.asp/ItemId=140315/Amazing-Face-Oil-Free-Close-Up-Coverage-DISCONTINUED/Too-Faced/Foundations

@@eviesalas6756 it's an organization that you can look up online that offers free recycling programs for almost anything. many companies like garnier and vans are partnered with them! they ensure that things are properly disposed of and recycled. you send them your waste (they give u a shipping label) and they handle the rest :) with what you recycle, you earn points that can be used towards donating to a charity/organization or towards gifts!
