It's just that experience ho to better rehta h smjhne me ki corporate culture kaisa hota h fr tum uske according khud ko groom kr skoge and networking kroge. I did my MBA from FMS Delhi and I was a fresher. After doing MBA I realised I should have gained some experience before MBA. Experienced ones might not get good grades in MBA but they have better understanding of corporate. In terms of package also they have an upper hand.
