How did you open one with the USB port? Mine won't charge at all. Using current USB A to C cables .

There will be 4 cables, red & green is for telephone (voice) and the remaining 2 (black & yellow) should be used to connect the batteries for power...

Make sure about the configuration of the RJ11 cable, it should be 4 pin RJ11 plug and the cable should have 4 wires inside...
