Ingredients:
Paneer - 250 gms
Onions - 4
Garlic - 1/4 Cup
Ginger - 1 small piece
Green Chillies - 5
Coriander Leaves - 1 Cup
Mint Leaves - 1 Cup
Water - for Grinding
Curd - 3/4 Cup

Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Cloves - 1/4 tsp
Black Cardamom - 2
Cinnamon - 1
Whole Red Chilli - 1
Green Cardamom - 6
Hot Water - as required
Salt, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp each
Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder. Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp each
Fresh Cream - 1/2 Cup
Coriander Leaves - a few
Roasted Fenugreek Leaves - a few
Chilli Oil - for Garnish
