I live in Munich in Germany. I was waiting for good Indian food since so long. Just last night I tried this recipe by Chef Brar. I went to the Indian grocery store here and got all the ingredients and followed this recipe to the letter. It turned out to be exactly like he shows in the video. This KZbin channel is a gem if you are an NRI and want to try authentic Indian food at home. After years of search, I have finally understood the difference between paneer makhani and Paneer Butter Masala. I have always ordered Paneer Butter Masala in Mumbai and in USA, restaurants always serve paneer makhani and I was led to to believe that they are both the same but my palate knew that they are not. I was never a cook but then one day i came across Chef Ranveer's videos. I tried one receipe and i came out soooo good. You teach recipes with Superbbbbbbb Honesty...... No other chef in India ever opens all their cards like u do. We were replicating a butter chicken recipe but the end results were disastrous as the gravy was smelling like boiked veggies. So we started making it by bhunoing the onions n tomatoes and the taste was awesome. We can follow ur recipes blindly without even thinking if it will turn out to be good or not. Udupi sambhar was an instant hit in my house. THANK YOU CHEF. I somehow feel its not so easy to give away such major secrets, so so humbly and genuinely. One point to note for those who will try this recipe like RB used 6 red tomatoes but at our home we use desi tomatoes which are sour in taste so dont use 6 tomatoes it will make gravy extremely sour. Recipe is very good ❤️
