As Uganda heads towards a slippery path, the 2021 election is a watershed moment for a country whose history is peppered with anarchy and violence.
A few voices may offer insight at such a critical time. One of those voices with institutional memory Is Amanya Mushega who served diligently in public service and held the coveted position of secretary general at the East African Community.

Refreshing to see a leader in Uganda with common sense. Thank you, Patriot Amanya Mushega, for being a voice of reason in Uganda! We are tired of the voices of treason, corruption and sycophancy. You will always be on the right side of history with Daudi Ocheing, Grace Ibingira, Kategaya, Byanyima, Benedicto Kiwanuka, Njuba, Brigadier Opolot, Brigadier Charles Arube Et Al. You called out all the dictatorships in Uganda. I salute you, Amanya Mushega

True honorable and patrotic Ugandans like him ought to form a Think Tank for the nation - for national guidance.
