Mr Sandhu has genuinely explained problems of living abroad. The kids become independent after 18, those in older age are considered burden when they live with kids unless they work, there is lot of loneliness, isolation and a very mechanical/routine life. But system, environment is good that attracts people. I'm speaking from my experience of living abroad for last 15 years. So what we need back in Punjab is a sense of discipline on roads, a sense to love our assets (farms, forests, rivers, culture) and a sense of responsibility to uplift those who are deprived. I recently did interviews with 8 Sarpanches and organic farmers for my KZbin Channel and felt there is a lot motivation in youth to do something. After watching this, I felt like going back and return to farming. I don't care whether system is good or not because systems can be changed with education and consistent efforts. I am sure I have the ability to contribute to change the system somehow. But what inspired me is the core reality he has touch based when sharing his experience and it is more powerful than any other element. He knows exactly what it is all about and he is strong person who executed the thought to turn into reality. This is rare nowdays because most when knowing the truth we still run away to find something else.. I suppose we are more satisfied when we are in touch with our core (nature, history and relevance) and we live with knowing who we are otherwise there is always a pretend that we somehow show our way of expressing happiness. It's more like black and white and sometimes we end up living life in grey areas.. This man has not just found himself but he is fortunate that he has found the meaning of happiness for his own existence. The point about lai lag people.. following the herd..situation.. Ihda Hull aukha aa because poverty and insecurities have risen and people are looking a way out of it and they feel they need to do something to tackle that insecurity and hence they go abroad etc. But that doesn't mean happiness but a solution to 'a' problem.. Our existence is not to solve problems but enjoy the existence while knowing we exist and relevance to existence...
