Overall it is grand and good but the main entrance is wide open to your living space directly once main door is open...No privacy...they could have done better in terms of design...when you are buying such a palatial home you need that privacy....sorry but poor design in my view.

I want to buy house and I've a decent budget for big 4 bhk but I'm reconsidering to even staying in india. This price doesn't justify all other hidden issues they will come with. @@nikhilmawale खुल कर light और खुलकर हवा आनी चाहिए जिसका एक ही solution है कि outside wall की जगह sliding mirror लगा देने चाहिए और sliding mirror के साथ safty के लिए sliding wood door भी लगा देने चाहिए उनके आगे 10 फुट की balcony भी होनी चाहिए... घर में पूरी तरह से खुलापन होना चाहिए.. दम नहीं घुटना चाहिए ऐसे अंधरे से घर में depression आता है जबकि खुलेपन मे depression खत्म होता है आप जब भी depress हो तब ये चीज़ apply करके देखना की आप जब भी बाहर होंगे खुले में होंगे आपको तंग करने वाले विचार बहुत ज्यादा कम हो जाएंगे और जब भी ऐसे room मे रहेंगे ऐसे विचार बहुत ताकत के साथ दिमाग में आयेंगे
