Amarjot Singh ji. I agree with your statement that being a Citizen is the most safest option. But looking at the conditions of your client in this video. It will take another one year from the day she qualify for Citizenship. I have seen people waiting for one year to get citizenship test after sending their citizenship application. Good thing in this case is that she can count her before PR days and after PR days to fulfilment the requirement for citizenship but again even after qualifying she would have to wait several months to get citizenship test and if successful then oath date.
