You are correct even becoming Canadian citizen through PR process after 30 years, If IRCC finds any faults in the previous process, they could invalidate citizenship. The person would have had it, how can you decide at an individual case? The officer visits an office and finds a CCTV, why can’t he request a proof??? You could simply say no to the officer if u don’t have CCTV at a work location.

Scary and the thing is i was doing a job since last year and they suddenly changed the rules for GIC in December, before this i was planing to apply for my visa in july 2024 ( as i will complete my one year at job and my manager was ready to provide me reference letter as well) but due to GIC change i lodged my file in December and got the visa, i asked my manager to give me reference letter for the time till December but he declined and i had no choice other then to lodge my file. Just asking everyone Will it be ok if i use my supervisor experience From india for express entry. I Will get salary slips, photos of me at work , reference letter, salary letter everything by the month of July. Please don't demotivate or anything because I'm not doing anything illegal or anything I just need your guys advice Thank you
