It is better to keep quiet and to be thought as a fool than to speak up and remove doubt. You seem to did not get the answer. You should read books, editorials etc. English will improve automatically, no need to follow these stupid tests and English vocab quiz, grammar etc, just read books, magazines, you will do great.

sir one third more means ,one ka one third that is one third hi huwa na..similarly B invested as much more ka matlb pahle jitna yane 3 hi huwa na...i mean to say the word "more" is used in concent with previous investment .. for example, if a boy buy 3 chocolates, and then he ask to shopkeeper to give him as much more chocolates as before, wont shopkeeper gives 3 more ?
