Lol, Sam. I too have felt stressed attempting to bake/cook something many times, especially in Foods Lab at college. It helps to read the whole recipe (or watch the whole video, in this case) before you start... and I'm guessing that video had a text recipe somewhere that had actual amounts so you wouldn't have had to try to guess how much he'd put in. I'm glad they turned out well for you! =)
