@@sgt.sweat_frog7039 yes, i do box, but there are no boxing gyms around where I live. So it's just me and a couple of friends who watch videos from youtube, practice the things shown and spar (with gloves of course). I'd say we've definitely managed to learn some useful stuff. I've never tried imagining legends attacking me and shadowboxing me because well, I'll get knocked out even IMAGINING fighting a legend even in shadowboxing XD. I only sometimes shadowbox imagining my friends are attacking me, and it does help out in our next sparring session

Amateurs don’t mean less technique then pros, it’s just not the same rules. Amateurs is way more intense cuz you only have 3 rounds

I agree. If this is an occasional thing, they're doing some good work. If this is an average sparring session, their careers are going to be way shorter than they need to be. Some guys always want to look like heroes when they spar but that's not what sparring is for.

The white one has a good defense and stays concentrated to find an issue. However, the blue one has good slips and tries be the most explosive in throwing punches the most and having his hand down sometimes like the white one.
