This is such amazing information!! I started quilting and sewing about a year 1/2 ago and I didn’t know about the rub test!! What?!? That’s awesome to know. Also I wanted to let you know that if you sign up for Joanns mail coupons they usually have an average of 5 and up to 10 coupons in each mail out ad!! You can also use as many as you want!!!

I could spend hours in a fabric store. Forsyth fabrics is a great place. You did an excellent job with explaining how to choose fabrics. Great tip on the landscape fabric. I wish I knew how to reupholster. I just dropped off the benches in front of the foot of my bed to have them professionally recovered. Can't wait to pick them up at the end of the week.

Great information! I had no idea about the rub count test, but it was information much needed as I will be adding a cushion and fabric to some high traffic bar stools after the holidays. I want to upholster my dining room chair. I was thinking about painting them first and leave the table brown. My walls are painted in gray. I am liking colors of teals or blues as accent colors. I am a dabbling designer and I love fabric! I have used fabric for everything from jackets, art work to home décor. But when I went to Europe and the middle East My Mind was blown!! I got so good at fabric shopping I was asked by my company to do Fabric tours for the company!! Just think blocks and blocks of fabric!! What I am writing about is My sister finally gave me my Mothers 1930;s dresser and after using in in her children's rooms and her grand children's rooms it is pretty beat up. Want to refinish it but don't know where to start.. I want to try to take a photo and send it to you for advice. I use it as my desk and would love to do it in Tiffany Blue but I think it is too beat up to have a good look my other option is to leave it as it is.. Is there an email address.Thank YouDorson
