I watched numerous Amazfit 7 videos, yours is by far the very best! One thing I have been searching for is the VO2 max measurement procedure. I keep getting no data for VO2 max. Do you have to initiate the running app first?

Many thanks. I've had my 7 (this is my second, actually) for a couple of years and still learned a thing or two. Theater Mode is ideal for bedtime (or, I guess, theaters). I tried the metal strap; it was junk. I didn't know about the leather one, so thanks, again.

No, as far as I know there is no way to move the work out order.

I am currently using the GTR 4 and Cheetah watches, so I have not used the band 7 in a bit. I reactivated it to try to find an answer for you. I use mostly the same workouts so I didn't notice that it self sorted. Thats great! Thanks for the update!!

Trying to find how to change its sleep options or remove nap function. And just how to get the sleep to monitor more accurate. Since sometimes my sleep is very wonky... but I still want to monitor it. I've yet to find help.😢

How the watch tracks your sleep is not adjustable. If the sleep tracker is on it will automatically track naps. The sleep monitoring is baked in, there is no way to improve it, however, it might get better with updates. I did just get an update recently, check to make sure yours is up to date. Hope that helps!

not sure why but in the application i don’t have the option of editing quick access apps, it’s quite frustrating. not sure if they removed the option to edit it with a new update, i’ve had the watch for around a week now

I just checked it. They changed the name!! It is no longer sick access apps, they changed it to widgets. It's in the same place just different name. In zepp app, click bottom right profile. Then choose your watch. Go to band settings and then edit widget. If that helped let me know.

There are count down timers but you would need to keep resetting it. I don't think anything on the watch can do that. Best way might be to download app for your phone, like a drink water reminder or other app that could notify you frequently. Then make sure you turn on notifications for that app on the band. Let me know if you come up with something else.

That is a paid subscription service. It has a few features that are supposed to help you sleep better. To get it, just click on your home page in the zepp app. Then click on your sleep report, click on ask aura. Then it will bring up info about service and offer a 2 week free trial. I have not tried it, so if you do, let me know if it is helpful.

I didn't find it the least bit useful. No extra info really & just meditation app & music. BUT I use another meditation app I really like (insight timer) and don't have sleep issues so...

Good review. Is this better than newly released Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 in terms of accuracy?

I am in the US and the Samsung Galaxy fit 3 has not and probably will not be released here 😠. I really wanted to try that one. The Band was accurate but not perfect. it missed interval HR changes and sometimes would read my HR like 10- 20 beats above or below my reference watch- which was a Samsung but I forgot which one- for 5 to 10 minutes. Although that was when I initially tested so it might have improved with software updates. I found everything else to be very accurate. but the band 7 was released almost 2 years ago now. If the price is close I would go for the Samsung.

You can download new watch faces from the AmazFaces app and the Zepp app (Amazfit app) but on both of these apps the available watch faces changes based on the watch you have.

Yes. You can go into the workout section of Zepp app. Then pick one of your workouts and scroll down. It will list the time you were in each zone but also show you the heart rate for each zone, it automatically does this. Thanks for watching!

Bro day before yesterday I bought this smart band and I am facing one issue when I have turned on the Auto stress monitoring which means it will count my stress at 5 min interval but it always takes time like it takes 1 HR or 2 HR but not give stress results in 5 min of intervals please help me bro

Same thing happens to me. You have to be still during testing, the watch will keep trying but if you are too active it may only get a few measurements throughout the day.

for the measurement you need to be relatively still for several seconds. some days you will get more readings than others...more premium watches have better sensors and chips so they will get more readings throughout the day. sorry.

Suggestion: Update the title of this video since apps change version and menu items. I have the app version 8.2.1-play and my version does not have the same menus. You can put that in the title with Amazfit Band 7 on Zepp ver. 8.2.1-play.

I know. I noticed they updated that with some of my new Amazfit products. Most of the main options are the same, but they did change some things, and make the app nicer- in my opinion. I love when companies update their software but it does make it hard for me to keep all my videos up to date. I will hopefully make another video the band 7. Thanks!

When you get a text, you will get a "reply" or "delete" option at end of text. Hit Reply and then you will be able to scroll through your premade texts. The premade texts can be added or edited only in the Zepp app on your phone.

Sorry, I am not sure why that is happening, I could not replicate it. Maybe check to see that you allowed Zepp app all permissions. Is it possible that you deleted the premade texts? You can check in the Zepp app, notifications and reminders section under "app alerts", then click "fast reply". Hope that helps.

I dont believe I ever said this watch has AI or the Amazfit AI coach. Newer Amazfit products, I have reviewed, have the AI coach and a newer feature Zepp flow, which offers AI like assistance, but these features are not available on the Band 7.

This one took some digging. If its helpful please consider liking and subscribing!! In profile portion of Zepp app (click bottom right to get to profile portion). then click on band 7 in my devices at top. click watch faces. then you have to search for the watch face labelled "time". It was at bottom of the section. There are three of them, time: center, time: bottom, TIme: top. There is a green leafy background on each. you can pick any of the three. I found it in the third section from top in watch faces, the group is labelled with chinese characters. then once you click one, scroll down a little and you will see a plus sign. Click it and take a picture for the watch face. You cant use a photo from your gallery, to my knowledge. Also keep in mind you might have to give Zepp app permission to access camera if you didnt already. Hope that helps!
