This is an amazing lightweight watch. You barely feel it on. I love it so far. Now the big test. How long can I go without charging it? I have another type of this brand. It's says 14 days. So far, I've gotten 8. And that is fine by me! It's much better than 22 to 32 hours. I can buy 5 or 6 for the price of my one Samsung. I'm thrilled.

Hi. The battery life depends on couple of things- 24/7 heart rate measurements, gps, brightness of the screen, Bluetooth connection (is it connected all the time or runs on standalone), and overall time the screen is being used, I’m wearing amazfit Bip 3 pro and it’s ace, I also got around 8/9 days of battery (constant connection/ 24-7 health tracking turned on),

I am so amazed at these watches. I had already bought an amazfit watch that promises about 14 days, depending on what you do with it. My husband and I have been pushing the testing of it. He had misplaced his phone. Thanks to a program on his watch, we found it. It was in his shoe while he was wearing it. Yes, you read correctly. I kept tapping on the find phone app. Which really wears on the battery. Why can't Samsung make a watch that lasts this long? I just ordered the pink one for fun. The price was great. I don't need gps. No biggie. Thanks for the video.

I also prefer amazfit watches over any other watches, to be honest. Samsung watches are probably more advanced technologically, having plenty of features onboard which effectively drains the battery quicker, hence the short battery life.

@Family Pop TV I've had two Samsung watches. I thought the same until I got this watch. The only difference I see so far is price and style and battery life. I'll stay with these from now on.

Great review. I was concerned about the heartrate monitor's accuracy so I was very pleased that you tested. Was hoping you'd test during exercise movement though. My last fitness watch would fail to read heartrate accurately during movement, which rendered it useless to me.

Hi. The heart rate may fluctuate a bit during the workouts, but amazfit has it pretty much covered up, Bip S Lite has a decent accuracy, comparable with more expensive model - GTR 2e (which we testing at the moment, and challenging it during really intense workouts), Most of the budget watches we have tested so far, been struggling with HR tracking during withouts, but Bip S Lite and GTR 2e certainly at the top of the list.

I have the old Bip with GPS. How does the Bip Lite track your workout without GPS?

Hi. The Bip S Lite utilises the gps only from the smartphone, (basically the workout has to be started from the app to get the gps recorded). As Bip s lite been stripped from gps, this works towards longer battery life.

Hi. Both are accurate in the health/sports tracking. The main difference is the screen - Bip u has a standard colourful tft lcd display, the Bip s has got a transflective display which isn’t as colourful as lcd, but it’s always on and consumes very little power , which affects the battery life (Bip s has longercbattery life). Bip u has more exercise modes than Bip s. Hope it helps

Hi. The Bip S Lite doesn’t support Alexa, I’m afraid. The only Amazfit smartwatches with Alexa built-in are: Amazfit Band 5, Amazfit Bip U Pro, Amazfit GTR 2, Amazfit GTS 2, Amazfit GTR 2e, Amazfit GTS 2e, and Amazfit GTS 2 mini. Hope this helps:) Adam
