I'm hoping that I just received a bad unit, but the watch face situation really sucks. On my watch, you can only have three faces, including the Amazfit watch face. If you download another one, this automatically removes the previous one you downloaded. This really sucks because none of the reviews I've seen ever mentioned this issue.
