Thanks mate love your videos sadly out of ARC with injury. Can you please recommend a watch or watch combo to replace by Garmin forerunner 35 and Garmin pro chest strap all I need is a large numerical display, accurate HRM and daily readiness? My current combo gives me iffy heart rates and obviously doesnt do readiness - keep up the great work you are amazing!

Hey Tom! So sorry to hear you’re out of the ARC! I hope you recovery soon mate 🫶🏾 I have this feeling that the Arc is going to be BRUTAL this year haha. Infact, I’m hoping it is! Corr there are so many watches that will replace a forerunner 35! For ultra marathon running I recommend checking out what Suunto has to offer. Your forerunner 35 is quite a small Watch so maybe check out the Suunto Race S? For the Arc I’ll either be wearing that which or the Suunto Vertical. Ironically I usually paid my Suunto Watch to a Garmin HRM-Pro Plus (there’ll be some great deals on that strap in January). I’ve also been using the Suunto Smart Strap which has been cool! I haven’t tested this watch.. but it’s well worth checking out Coros Pace Pro watch.. another good value for money offering with good battery life and maps. Or if you stick with Garmin.. There are some WILD discounts on the Epix Gen 2 Pro which gets a thumbs up from me.. this 47mm watch is going to be bigger than you’re used to Though 🙈 Thanks again for the kind comments mate 👊🏽
