New homes are crazy priced nowadays. I remember back in the early 2000s, homes this price would be mansions

One think I don’t like is the 2 bedrooms at the front of the house. Those 2 bedrooms are ideally for kids and they would be the first ones targeted if someone came in the home since it’s at front door

Nice model....I like this floor plan for a single story. Pretty wide entry. Big kitchen, but I don't know about those white appliances. I'm partial to black, Pretty good size bedrooms and I like the tub and shower in master. The only thing I would change would be the fixtures on tub. I'd move them to opposite end. I'd be afraid of bumping them standing by the vanity. I tend to be a klutz at times. ..lol..oh, need a privacy glass in master bathroom too..... I would think this model home would cost more in Henderson. What's the reason it costs more in this location? I can't say that I'm familiar with this area...thanks for the video. This is the floorplan I would be interested in and Sq footage......

Good point, the SW has see a lot of appreciation due to its proximity to Summerlin. However, it depends where in Henderson you purchase. Henderson is a city, not a neighborhood like Summerlin. I hope this clarifies Dee

This model is nearly identical to the other model you toured. 9k upgrade for the white appliances, no thanks, I'd go for stainless steel. The other model had so many cabinets, this model went overboard. As with the previous model, this is a nice house too, at least they're consistent.
