I can't imagine how many problems you could have with the block stones outside the garage and to the front door. I could see uneven spaces and with the intense weather, I could see all kinds of stones either coming up or cracking.

Not my favorite part of town however, a pretty nice build overall. The ceilings I believe are a 'tray' configuration not 'coffered' and the master shower tile is not a 'herringbone' configuration rather, it is a vertical 'chevron' design. The lot sizes are definitely a big plus and of course I'm wondering if there is an option for a pool and spa area….Pretty necessary out in the desert especially considering the price tag.

Do you ever sell homes outside these subdivisions . Homes with a few acres, "Horse properties,"with horse facilities on the propert. New builts or resales built in the last 3-5 years single level on 2-3 acres. I've been researching and looking for horse properties with in the Las Vegas area.
