A gluten free diet is without foods that contain gluten. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley n rye...not sure what else. Those who have celiac disease eat a gluten free diet as it effects their immune system. I hope this helped. D, 💜

Not sure if this will translate, but it’s an allergy attack cause by wheat type products. Such as facial swelling and redness. Stomach and intestines issues.

이 코멘트는 정말로 글루텐프리가 뭔지 몰라서 하는 질문이 아니라 "쌀겨"를 이용한 "글루텐프리" 제품이라며 건강한 척 하면서 설탕과 버터를 저렇게나 많이 들이부어 만든다면 무슨 의미가 있느냐는 뜻으로 쓴 코멘트가 아닐까요? 그리고 전체적으로 보면 쿠키샌드 하나당 미강(쌀겨)도 얼마 안 들어갔잖아요. 수퍼푸드 미강!! 신비한 힘!! 환상의 쌀!! 이라고 잔뜩 써붙여놨지만 설탕과 버터, 공장에서 가공된 난백으로 1kg이 넘는 크림을 만들때 미강은 단지 몇 숟가락만 들어갔죠. 그리고 쿠키도우 만드는 과정은 나오지도 않음. 화면전환 후 갑자기 반죽을 주무르고 있음.ㅎㅎ 쌀가루를 이용해 만든 글루텐프리 빵이나 쿠키는 비교적 흔하고 많아서 그런건가.... 겉으로 보기에 쿠키도우 속에도 쌀겨가 아주 조금 들어간 듯 보이긴 하네요.
