Thank you. I like your videos. I just purchased a Neotech 2 yesterday at Cycle Gear . It’s on sale. And Cardo has an adapter can put on a Cardo unit. Can’t be put on the Neotec 3.

Just picked a Neotec 2 up from cycle gear AND they have the adapter plate that takes the cardo packtalk for 15 bucks. I LOVE the helmet so far. 599 is a decent price for a phenomenal helmet.

@@RidingandWrenching Cardo makes the adapter plate but there is someone who made a 3d printing file to have a better one printed. I love the helmet. Nearly no buffering with the stock flhp windshield and seat!

Thanks for the additional info. I am going to stick with my 2, especially since i have the srl in it. Shoei has different thickness cheek pads and head liners for their helmets.

I bought a Neotec 1 in 2016 and just replaced it with a Neotec 2. So far very pleased. I looked at the Neotec 3 also but couldn’t justify the extra cost.

Good stuff brother. I did some extensive research yesterday. It was between the Neotech 2 and the Schuberth C3 Pro. Both helmets seem great, but I opted for the Schuberth mainly because of where the button is. I need to be able to add a chin mount for my camera. Need that FPV for when I beat you again in the slow race 🤣 Honestly can't go wrong either way. Great video man!

I have the Schubert C3 pro as well. And I love that modular helmet. But I also have a Shoei GT air 1 in full face that I use for long distance riding. And for around town with my wife? I use Badass half helmet and my wife wears a half helmet as well.

One question. I use a Neo 2 for the last 4 years. Time for a new one. Don't like the Neo 3, apart from its higher price for the same helmet, the visor release tap in the middle of your sight, pressing a button is worst that on the side... so. Being discontinued the Neo 2 (think since 2022) if a buy a new one, would it be a NEW recently made helmet or a NOS with already a limited life (life span 5 years) ?

I assumed that 5 years implies 5 years of use. New in the box is what I count as my starting point. Might want to double check with Shoei. Regarding the button. I agree....I didn't even realize it was there until I watched someone else's video. It hasn't been an issue for me. The price is insane. My recommendation would be to get another Neotec 2

I wear glasses all the time. They aren't prescription glasses, but I feel more comfortable wearing them. If I didn't I'd have to ride with the face shield down at all times.
