Absolutely! Those small triangulated bowls and stainless steel trays with the small lip can often be found at specialty kitchen stores. In fact, we purchased ours at Duikelman in Amsterdam. Is it out of season at all? Or they get fruiting berries year round in Netherlands

Actually, the videos were recorded last June, so yes, it was during the berry season here in the Netherlands. We do get fruiting berries year-round, but the summer months are when they are most abundant and flavorful. During the peak of the season, we also love to preserve many kilograms of fruits, berries, and other delicious treats for later use.

10 gr glucose 170 gr strawberry stock 15 gr potato starch 50 gr isomalt sugar Bake at 110c 17 minutes

Ok ok dit ziet er wel mooi uit. Maar het gerecht is zo inimini klein, ben je net lekker aant eten is het alweer op... Maar zelfs ik, als niet-vegetariër lijkt mij dit erg lekker.
