If that is an air raid shelter which i think it is its a very posh one, most people just had a Anderson Shelter at the end of the garden, these were just made from curved corrugated sheets. 👍

think those shelters were called ANDERSON shelters and i still promote a shovel to lay beds on 9 inch concretes save yer body
