Frist we have to mix Fevicol with 3 to 4 spoon water Then take wool and deep in the mixture of fevicol and water. Blow a balloon Then non uniformly cover the balloon with wool that was dip in water and fevicol. And last when the balloon and wool was dry blast the balloon and your lamp is ready . Thanks me later 😁😁

For people having issues with thread not staying in place or loosening up on drying, try pouring a mixture of glue and water over the mesh once you're done wrapping the thread around the balloon and then dry. You can also try using slightly thinner yarn
