The red usually tuna, for the white fish if it's not hirame (flounder) it can be sea bass, or white tuna etc, the rice wrapped with the tofu skin are Inari sushi, the rectangle yellow on top of the rice are egg is tamago sushi, for the makizushi (rolls), the red is tuna, yellow eggs, and green is cucumber.

​@@xCanadensisno problem, I think 12:34 is shirako sushi, if you curious about it try Google it, since it's kinda a "unusual ingredients", for 12:42 it's uni sushi (sea urchin).

Oh! The gacha system on one of them is like what they have at Kura Revolving Sushi Bar (conveyor belt sushi chain in the US) - the more plates you finish and slide in the slot, the more prizes you get, lol.

Nigiri sushi is the kind thats just a rice ball with the fish (or egg, etc) laid on top. Maki sushi are the ones rolled in nori seaweed.

I watched a lot of japanese play/review. This set is likely released in 2019. The uniform sold separate has the panda sushi. I just bought the 2012 version. The first pic that you shown. It has 40 plates and ×2 of most of the sushi pieces. It lack the rotate platform in the middle but I bought mine to play with 6" figures so that's OK. Also has the 2011 Baskin Robin for Ant-Man LOL.

14:20 that is called Inari nagri. Inari is a type of tofu. It's somewhat sweet. Inari nagri is basically Inari stuffed with rice. It's my favourite thing to get when I get sushi.

On the box it says that the doll employed in the middle of the sushi restaurant is a Licca, I couldn’t see the name for the doll to the right (whether it’s a Licca or Jenny etc.) The parent dolls are just labeled mama and papa, they don’t say whose specifically. If you want to show me any pictures or if you have any questions I can reach Japanese so I can always help you out! Also I was just thinking for any of the missing pieces in this with the other sets for example the chopsticks, maybe you can substitute rement!

I went to a standing sushi restaurant while in Tokyo and this reminds me of it💜. The sushi chefs were in the center, there was a tin can with powdered green tea and there was a hot water dispenser in front of each person’s eating space, for the tea. This set is so accurate lol

The exchange rate is more often 100 JPY to 1 USD so I default to that. Currently it’s about 70 JPY to 1 USD. It’s just gone down a bit recently and I imagine will increase again later. I did mention that in the video a few times I believe 😅
