​@@mrsoready I am not quite sure I understood your question fully but I will try and respond to it. There are more too many ethinic groups in Chad, and the arabs are also one of them, I am not very sure regarding their history but I do know that some are descendants of Arabs; some are from Libya, some are from Sudan. The major difference between the North and the South of the country and what influences these tribes is the Religion. Most people from the South are Christians while the North is people of different tribes like the Tubu which can be found in LIbya, and Niger as well, and the Arabs in the East and middle part of the country which they all practice Islam. That difference doesn't stop the people to live together, in fact there are people that do inter tribal marriages even though usually it is considered taboo. The people in the south which you referred to are influenced by the French in pre-colonial times, so they practice Christianity for example. The people in the North influenced by Islamic caliphate expeditions done which were done hundreds of years ago and they still practice that. In short, religion influenced heavily the cultures and traditions of the different ethinic groups in the country. Hope I made some sense.

The Sara people are not the... muslim Fulbe or the Daza of the central Chad as you show in the photos!!! I speak especialy for the muslim tribe girl on the first photo which looks as a Daza or Fulani or a Baggara Arab girl & the muslim girl of the third photo. The Sara are living at the south part of the country (southern of lake Chad) mostly & are christians & animists. Also the Sahara hasn't any bactrian fluffy camel and... mongols!!!! The Guelta in the Ennedi mountains hosts the only autonomus crocodile population of the Sahara.

D' Boi Cardiyae the man was very rude. He didn’t ask to record videos of the people there. You have to realize that many of the Chadian are just concerned on what and why they are being recorded. I promise that if the guy had asked for permission before recording it would have been a different story.

So just because one man did not like a camera, you are stating that all Chadian people are rude, Good luck establishing friends with that mentality of yours because if you judge a whole country based on an individual then you were never interested in the first place and next time, stop insulting my country saying "chad is a horrible country" cause to me, it's atleast better than your country since we have no racism or any of those stuffs there, even if we are poor, we are still happy and one day, our country will rise to its former glory.

People on the comment section are so defensive. Chad isn't a likeable country. I know people have their rights not to be take picture of. But the people there are realy rude. I've watched this video from a vlogger where he took a photo of a kid on the bus, then the people started to mob him. Good thing he was able to escape before people hurt him. And not just for people, I mean there are also kind people of course. But the country itself is covered in dust,too hot and the politics is seriously damn. The people are suffering from extreme poverty. It is bad.
