I LOVED watching the video, BUT...... I don't believe I could bring myself to eating some of the dishes made, the WAY they are made. I love Cabbage, cucumbers, onions, pork, radichio, bok choy, Rice, hoysain sauce or plum sauce, soy sauce, pretty much everything EXCEPT ANCHOVIES, & TOFU, & JALAPENO PEPPERS. But not put together that way. I totally respect Eastern food cultures!! Thank you for a great video!!
