毎日 必ず飲む、お味噌汁に、必ず、少しの柚子胡椒を入れます。凄く美味しくなります。鮪とアボカドの柚子胡椒入り醤油漬けも美味、マヨネーズに少し入れたり…必ずストックしています。

달콤한 유자 시럽도 있어요.물이나, 뜨거운 물이나, 탄산 등으로 희석합니다. 그냥 유자즙도 있어요. 요리에 쓰거나 술에 떨어뜨려도 맛있어요ㅎㅎ

@@inachan818 to add onto this, yes that's correct, it should also be stated that it has very little juice within the fruit, it's mostly used for the peels and sometimes the rinds as they can make great jam

It's yuzu pepper.

If you translate kosho into English, it becomes pepper, but kosho is called chili peppers in some parts of Kyushu.
