This was filmed at Wayfarer, Palos Verdes, CA. This beautiful place is CLOSED due to recent mud slides. They had to cancel over 125 weddings because all of the ground has been torn apart.

this is one of my favorites by them and absolutely my favorite rendition of 'Amazing Grace'. I will be honest, this is one of those songs that hits me too. It makes me think of my mother. and that reaction when Kevin started singing did not go unnoticed - subtle compared to some but still there.

I really enjoy your reactions. They show genuine emotion and joy of the music. Pentatonix does a great job with this song. I would like to recommend another acappella group called Home Free singing the same song. Personally I can't decide which one does the best, it's that close.

Yes, the Wayfarers Chapel in Southern California where this was filmed has sustained floor and glass cracks after all the recent rainstorms. Hundreds of homes in the area have also suffered damage from the same landslides and ground instability.

I thinl you would love Home Free's version of How Great Thou Art, filmed in the Austrian Alps when they were on their way home at the start of lockdown and had to cut short their European tour. A side note: this was the first time we actually got to hear Kevin sing a solo. Oddly enough the first time we get to hear the Home Free beatboxer, Adam Rupp, sing solo is during How Great Thou Art.

This is far and away the best rendition of the song I have ever heard. The only version that I have heard that enters the discussion, as in "they are a distant second," would be Celtic Woman, who also does a great rendition of the song.
