First day of renovation. We started off with the clean-out and demo of the property. We also got the yard work done. It took two 40-yard dumpsters to clean out the house. Second day we got all the plumbing updated to pex and pvc, and then the paint prep.

@alijahsmith1142 I have about 5 wholesalers that I deal with. And they send me off-market deals everyday.
