Sure thing (regarding vents). And I've been using the same 2 or 3 contractors for a few years now. But they've definitely gotten more expensive lol.

Yes it is. I had everything replaced, all new windows, doors, tile and carpet. New paint and kitchen cabinets, new vanity in bathroom and new lights and sockets. THE WORKS!
