We prefer Cha Am, too many farang in Hua Hin. My wife is from Suphanburi, but we bought land in Cha Am for our retirement from London. My wife & her friend asked me what I thought of the food in & around the Cha Am/Hua Hin area, compared with Suphanburi, I replied, " A little too sweet" too which they both laughed & said I was spot on. As much as I love Cha Am, the food is definitely better in Suphanburi.
