Can you connect to Thingspeak and Ifttt? What form do you need?

Hi together, what i can do if i turn my device on and get an error (OS error) and not the choice of the 3 options? Does it mean the M5stack is broken?

Great video. I'm now learning to program the M5stack. I came to a limitation, either mine or UIflow's ! I want to use the buttons to navigate between different screens (select an option and moving to another screen, with another options) but then I cannot visualize the layout properly because everything becomes overlapped! I'm using the commands to show/hide the labels in the different screens but overall, it's a really big mess! Can someone help?

I just received my first M5Stack, I can't get UIFlow to connect to it. The M5Burner works, I did manage to use it to erase the demo on the module and burn another demo in its place, and the COM port shows up in Windows and in UIFlow, but it shows as "disconnected". If I try to connect, then I get "Upload code failed, maybe your device is offline". Even though the device is operating at this point. Given the high price for a Chinese microcontroler module I expected it to work out of the box, kinda like you're showing in your video. I guess it's the same half-baked crap as usual and I'm gonna have to waste the whole week-end getting this to work. Disappointing. I search the M5Stack for a tutorial and all I got was a link to your video, by the way : you should consider asking for compensation.

Have you tried the m5burner? I can do a video on that if you need.

@@GunterBots I sorted it out. It was two things : turns out my USB C cable was dodgy and the communication would reset intermittently (note that it's one of my cables, not the one provided with the module, so that's on me). Also, apparently I had to run the IDE as admin (I'm using the offline version, not the web-based version, maybe that's part of the problem). Now everything works and the real work begins : getting to program this thing in C++ :-D
