I heard, I knew and I fell in love with Jonathan Butler in the early years of my life. I'm South African and heard many genres of South African music but nothing comes close to the super talent of Jonathan Butler. I simply love this guy's music 🎶🎵 and I will always. His music lives with me throughout the years of my life.

About 10 or so years ago I saw him busking in the streets of the Rosebank Mall. He had about 10 of his buddies with him. The public threw him a lot of money, and every now and then he and his buddies rushed to the basement toilets for important meetings. I requested he play an Al Jarreau song, "Morning Mr Shoe shine man" that he played no problem. I did not know who he was, but I saw the talent and invited him to my recording studio, he did not accept the invitation, but mentioned his name, which I had heard of.😆

Jonathan Butler is a highly talented artist and also knows how to create significant connections and musical collaborations with other prominent artists. A few years ago, he collaborated with the great Cameroonian singer Grace Decca on the production of an extraordinary album of Gospel songs and music.
