Sounds like a trip to Pisgah National Forest and Asheville, NC needs to happen!

Another place that would work for both of you is Duthie hill.. Lots of options and progression.. I think Sarah would enjoy it.. SOOO many rad trail systems if you're on your own though. You kind of need a guide for this area as there are tails for days haha

Now up in North Idaho theres a trail named ExtraTerrestrial and it's a great black diamondback jump flow trail which is a lot of fun. Just thought I would give a suggestion since you where talking about there not being many trails like Mohawk in North Idaho

Can't wait to have you back here. Also give Duthie Hill a check out next time you're out on a small/medium travel bike too!

Would definitely be down for a couples ride at Galbraith. Could show you more trails and let the ladies go do there thing. You should also check out Darrington for some really gnarly blacks and double blacks. Not so much for Sarah... Hit me up if you want to ride either!

She could ride around the smaller trail system they have as you're driving up to North Mountain.. I didn't get a chance to check it out when I was out there, but looks like it might be fun.

@@meganNefarious The small skills park at the bottom is awesome - a bunch of short flow trails of varying difficulty that you can absolutely rip down. My wife loves riding there!

Love your videos man. Did you ride Silver Mountain around the first of September ? Thought I seen you but didn't want to bother you.

Sarah is a good sport, you're lucky she likes mtn biking and is willing to go places to ride. I tried to get my wife into mtn biking when we were first dating in the mid 90's, but no luck because she couldn't relax and let the bike do its thing. At least she's ok with road biking, so I will take it....I will just ride mtn bikes w/o her.

Tell sarah , that I fell this summer on a wooden berm feature . My pinky finger went in-between the wooden slats. I went one direction and my finger snapped in the other direction ! So I understand her hesitation for wooden features!

My wife rides exactly the same as yours. She also gets just as scared when it comes to wood features. And even experiences anxiety attacks. Takes a lot of patience after adrenaline's been pumping thorugh your system not to react stupidly. You dun gud.

I avoid wood features all together if possible. I have an irrational fear of riding off the edge even if it a foot off the ground and 3 ft wide. I don't why.
