We don't have dual steers here (unless concrete truck)but I've chained up plenty dump truck tag axles dot be hot but we watch our weights! As long as you stay under the weight they can pull you all day and can't do nothing about it!

That’s what UK calls an 8 legger truck. You don’t have them in the US. They’re generally dumper trucks for heavy aggregate. They’re 4 wheel steer at the front. In the US you have rear tri axle with a single stirring axle at the front.

Just a FYI that is not a Peterbilt or Kenworth, that is a Kamaz. Overseas companies mostly do not use or rarely use Peterbilt or Kenworth. Those are American brands and you see them here in the western areas.

On this setup of trucks, the 2 front axles are steer axles, in order to both increase load capacity and manouverability. That`s why you can see the truck start to turn at the end. The 2nd axle isn`t designed or rated to do what`s happening here, and this whole thing could go horribly wrong awful quick, but it`s doing it regardless
