Yes, I would like to try new foods. Char kway teow … it was written on the menu of the store, so I said so, but is this correctly called Kuey Teow Goreng?

@@mayumitvchannel Char means 'partially burnt' or 'blacken surface' so Char Kue Teow means Smoky Char Kue Teow. The Chinese version is dry but Malay version has sauce, maybe less smoky flavour. Kue Teow Goreng is normal Fried Kue Teow
