So they must do their own job, don't pass to other. Unless, they have another job to do urgently.

I am a Japanese worker, but I want to escape from Japan. This video is an example, and there are countless rules in Japan that cannot be expressed in words such as morals, manners and common sense as workers. I can't stand working in the Japanese work environment for over 40 years. To be honest, I am envious of the work environment in Malaysia.

I am Malaysian and now working ni Japan, I found this video very funny as 90% accurate 😂😂.. I have one interesting story for all. In my office in japan there are about 5-6 room as each room can fit more than 15 staff. Only my room have Malaysian, 5 Malaysian and 8 Japanese. Other room no foreigners like us. My boss in my room already know how our working culture as he just let us having chit chat, big voice while discussing and make noise while working as long as our work finished. Sometimes I have to go to other room to discuss or submit job. I’d found that other room is very quite as this video shows. They also discuss with each other in very low volume voice. But when they come to our room, they discuss with very high voice with each other. not like when they were in other room. I think that Japanese also doesn’t really like their working culture. And of course I enjoy them making noise in our room😂😂.

The other judges were Malaysians. The competition was supposed to start at 10am. And of course, that Japanese judge arrived at 9am. My teachers panicked because it was too early plus they knew the competition would start much much later. Long story short, the finals started at around 10.30++am. So that judge had to wait for more than 1.5 hours.. 😆

Comedian Fly that's absurd and very rude to implying a country like that,as Malaysian can u be a Lil bit more sensitive? Do u like other people to describe your culture suicidal? Literally Malaysian mouth is under their asses everywhere in the comment section they lost their manner, running mouth like nobody's business, saying offensive stuff like it was nothing...stop being unapologetic for saying things like suicide!

Japan working culture should learn to relax a little bit like Malaysia's, its good for physical and mental health, unlike black company. While, Malaysia should learn to do optimum work performance like Japan's, as long you did your job splendidly, then overtime/punctuality should not be a huge issue.
