Visited the Chilean side of Patagonia in 2001, love the way this layout depicts the visual story of the geographical and biological location. Very interesting how the South American evergreens are modeled. Beautiful how all the colors assist the visual storytelling. Awesome views, magnificent lighting of the backdrops. Cheerio

Thanks for sharing this, I did not know that this is part of MW. I really liked how the backdrop integrated into the scenery and the hidden lights add a very good accent. I assume the rolling stock is mostly besoke 3D printed models.

Creo que es una tela que abajo tiene agua o algo, pero los barcos están sobre una tela, abajo hay algo que le da movimiento y da la realista sensación de que es el mar, saludos!!!!

Excelente maqueta ferroviaria. La trochita, y todos los componentes propios de los ferrocarriles argentinos.. felicitaciones a quienes construyeron tan majestuosa maqueta. Creo que esta está ambientada en la Estación Ingeniero Jacobasi, donde se puede apreciar la doble trocha. Trocha 1676 en Argentina y la trocha 75 cm...

Si no me equivoco el tren Patagonico parte desde la ciudad de Trelew, al borde del océano Atlántico, una estación Intermedia importante es justamente ING. Jacobacci, y termina en San Carlos de Bariloche. La trochita recorre la localidad de Ushuaia, la ciudad más austral del mundo 💪💪jaja.🇦🇷🇦🇷

@@charlini9558 hola. Para ser precisos, el Tren Patagónico inicia en Viedma (la capital de la provincia de Río Negro) y cruza la llamada Línea Sur hasta Bariloche. La trochita corre entre Ing Jacobacci (Río Negro) y Esquel (provincia del Chubut), aunque actualmente solo funciona un tramo turístico en El Maitén, Chubut.

Increíble!!!!!! Impresionante!!! Hermosa maqueta de los trenes de la empresa ferroviaria provincial SEFEPA (más conocida por su nombre turístico TREN PATAGÓNICO) aunque también están los trenes de la empresa EL VIEJO EXPRESO PATAGÓNICO, muy lindo, se tomaron el tiempo de investigar sobre las medidas y las características de las locomotoras y coches/vagones, como así también de las edificaciones y cerros y montañas, con un gran toque también de fantasía porque hay puentes que en la realidad no existen, entre otras cosas. Hermoso, encima hecho en Alemania, es simplemente impresionante, saludos desde la Patagonia Argentina!!!!!!!!!!!

Where does the rolling stock come from? Or was it custom made for this layout?

They used modified chassis with 3D printed bodies. On their own channel you can see many updates on the build. There are English subtitles on there.

From the Pictures, I understand La Trochita is in HOn3 or HOn30? Whilst the other Mainline Gauge is HO ( representing Argentina's 1676mm ( Broad Gauge) System...a problem of Scale vs. GAUGE... but the Compromise is acceptable. From a On3.5 ( 1067) modeller in Qld., Australia...Yo tengo muy Primos en Argentina...familia de origen Italianos. Disculpe mi poquito español . DocAV
