What you see here is not new. I sold modular homes in New York State in 1973. I watched houses built in factories in Pennsylvania and Maine. They were better built than most stick built houses at that time. They had to be because they had to be trucked hundreds of miles then picked up with a crane while supported in only four points I had a house in Florida knocked apart in a hurricane and some of the roof sheathing only had. About a dozen of nails in it. You won’t see that In a factory built modular

The first story on the prefabricated home was great. Looks like they used very good materials and they built it quickly! Radiant heat was also a great addition. Simple design. Perfect. The story on the pergola kit was also very well thought out. Nice product. Nicely done!!

I wasn't as impressed as I expected to be. I worked on about seven different framing crews, and we hustled a lot more than these guys. The parts were cut accurately, and it went together easily. Those roof shingles should have had four nails per shingle, all across the center part, not three. And I'm a bit concerned about that thin underlayment under the finish flooring. It looked like about 3/8", with a gypsum core and a very thin layer of wood veneer on either side. I don't think it will stand up well to having anything heavy with legs placed on it, and certainly not anything heavy dropped on it. I know it's just a mobile home, and they aren't paragons of sturdiness, but the frame looks plenty solid. I'm assuming that the ridge board is being used as a beam, and that it's supported internally by those interior partitions with the OSB on them, because those 2x2 collar ties aren't going to brace the rafters from spreading, but for a house that small, using that ridge as a beam is OK, given the interior supports. I guess my only real concern is the roof shingles not being fully nailed. Just don't put that home where it will be exposed to high winds.

This is very close to how most American houses are built right down to the OSB outer sheathing and Tyvek house wrap. Even the roof shingles are the same type.

@@jimmyday9536 yes. Exactly. Notice how precise they cut and fit everything together. They work together smoothly and don’t argue like little kids and fight each other over stupid nonsense. As for drunks on the job? I’d fire em. I know it’s common in construction and also drugs but people selfishly putting themselves and especially others at a safety risk is not acceptable. Also, they won’t give two f’s about how they do the work.

Первый дом больше похож на какойто корпоративный дом для сотрудников живущих там в вахтовой смене на 2 недели или месяц, или на студенческие домики при академии. На полноценный дом он маловат, для постоянного проживания, по сути бытовка очень хорошая.

Для проживания семьи, возможно и маловат. Если же на одного человека (а то и двух), то вполне даже. Я бы как дачу купил такой, если цена хорошая.

Про дачи это верно, также в корее очень популярен и развит кемпинговый отдых в горных районах в жаркий летниий период или осенью когда листья деревьев окрашиваются от зелёного жёлтого до багрянового.красота. шашлыки барбекю. Создают зону отдыха

insuration 지붕 220mm 벽체140mm 충전한겁니다. 단열제 충전 안하면 주택승인 자체가 날수없지요 ㅎ

Air -nailers are nice and fast. I never liked that do NOT draw the pieces together.. It just BLOWS the nail it even if the wood isn't against each other.

Having framed for over 30 yrs the big problem with mobile homes is windows leaking . The fact that the windows are installed last and given a heavy dose of caulk is why. Obviously these men know better and have a much improved version of the ridiculous way most companies build them.

Что- то совсем все просто, даже между обшивки стен промежуток ничем не заполнен. Доски не обработаны от плесени, вытяжки нет, ничего нет или не показали.

Odd that you use different builds for the headers over the openings. Why didn't you use any seals around the windows before putting the final frame on them??? WOW!! No drip edge for the roofing. No ICE AND WATER SHEILDING. Not even a true water barrier under the asphalt shingles.. also noted that there WASN'T a true opening for the RIDGE VENT. Didn't see any airspace between the roof inside and the insulation. THAT would cause condensation in between and ROT the wood from inside. HAVE NEVER EVER seen drywall being put up with staples.
