I wonder if the reason some guns feel "derpy" despite low dispersion is that there is a sigma value for guns like in World of Warships, where a higher value indicates that your shells will hit more often towards the center of the crosshair. Like if there is a sigma value, even a tank with 0.26 dispersion could be sending shells nowhere but the edge of the aiming circle if the sigma was poor enough. I would strongly recommend researching gunnery in world of warships because I am confident it works a similar way in WoT because there is no way a Grille specced to 0.24 accuracy misses as often as it does for me.

When a friend called some guns inaccurate even though the dispersion was good, I simply gaslit them, saying its because with better dispersion you shoot from further away. But I always had the suspicion that there was some hidden soft-stat like that. Im going to look into the World of Warships guns now, thanks for the tip. And maybe at some point, some WoT nerd is going to proof (or disproof) this theory.

It's just a conformation bias. If you expect it to hit and it doesn't, you're more likely to remember that than if it does actually hit. That way when you look back on your memory it feels like you only got misses and a few hits. The opposite is true of Russian tanks hence why they feel so accurate.

When maxed out the k-91 gets 44% camo on the move and 52% stationary, add to that 524m view range since it has 410m base. It's a great tank for great players who can take advantage of everything it has to offer.

As someone who loves playing tanks that are non-meta, I absolutely love this tank. I personally like to just max out the dpm and play at medium to close range in this, having a 4s reload on a cyclic tank is absolutely mental. And like that E50 from the first battle found out, that reload speed is quite often surprises them.

The problem with high DPM and low Alpha, is the number of shots you need to fire equals the amount of time you are likely to be exposed to return fire, and for the average player staying alive long enough to do a decent amount of damage is not going to be easy

light tanks are the reason I quit playing this game after 10 years, half of the lights don't use camo, most of them don't know light positions, and how spoting mechanics works. And most of them play any light tank like its EBR. player base is getting worse every year..

i would take camo over snap shot on this tank. do you think, you will notice the ~0.007 better dispersion on turret traverse with that aiming speed? but you will notice the camo. how would you even measure this 0.007 better dispersion:)

the "cone" in which deadeye is effective is pretty small. After I got a look at it I don't think I'll choose that perk as much as the others.

That was a wild high roll to kill the E50M And the FV4005 has a very small gap between the hull and turret underneath the rear overhang of the turret which is what I imagine the Carro was trying to shoot you through

Thank God I am not the only one noticing this weird behavior of this gun. It should be a laser but it goes all over the place. I just don't feel the reliability I have with the Leo. I think it is a good buff. It won't have the impact the Bat has. K91 hype will die down with the next month. Bat will stay. 320 is nothing but a pea shooter at T10. I totally agree with your analysis about the dpm. What's from the high dpm if you can't make your gun sing? In most situations you would be better of with 420 Leo alpha. U take a shot and go back into cover. So this three times and you already have one shot of dmg more.

It's because dispersion is not an accuracy - it has nice dispersion (visible stat), but not as good accuracy (invisible stat). So you can hit a barn reliably, but not the door of the barn.

It's dispersion on Turret Traverse is not the best and that's one of the most important stats. VertStab or SnapShot directive are worth considering.

Absolutely agree, it hits for me - IAU is not at all necessary imo. The dispersion is down to 140 levels with bounty stab - which I love! Got this tank yesterday, completely mental!

@@j.q.pieper might be a weird thing on a medium tank but I would actually suggest bounty... rotation mechanism over Vstab for this particular tank. It still helps with accuracy when you are going back and forth or not using maximum turret traverse speed but the hidden gem is actually being able to turn your tank around on a dime. Most of the time you go between covers, turn your tank 180deg then peek with your rear so you benefit from 15% hull traverse a lot. I personally use bond vents, bond rammer, bounty rotation. second loadout is just cvs instead of rotation.

Real honest anything over 40-42% camo on any light tank is just too far, especially if you sacrifice equipment for it. Realistically you won't be trying to get as close as you can to anyone in a light tank (shut up AMX 40), and with 42% camo in a bush you already need to be proxy spotted if you want to get spotted at all. The only reason why low noise exhaust is beneficial for the K-91 here is because of the moving camo, which is probably comparable to the Waffentrager camo when sitting still.

It's not too far. Especially with CVS. You want as much camo as you can possibly get. At least 50% or close to it for light tanks is ideal.

Its actualy pretty good in cvs exhaust vents build with out any buffs to gun. Full camo build makes it light tanks stealth and it still kicks ass. The gun is now god tier. I dont think its broken because it has little to no armor. The dpm makes no difference if you dont havr the platform to put it to work. I like k91 no but udes is just as stealthy and far better tank even with far less dpm, because it hits harder and has armor.

Well, they have shitty camo stats, so it's hard for them to compete with other lights in scouting. Doesn't justify camping, but if they are played by average player or even slightly above average, they might not know what to do when facing proper lt in other team.

I play the K-91 in Onslaught, haven't taken her for a spin in random since the buff, I wipe the floor with Batchats and TVPs maybe because I still have the Russian medium mentality: in your face! I thought you were way too cautions in this video and the armor of this vehicle is actually decent because it bounces from time to time but mostly because it's a small pancake not very easy to hit. Tank is not good, nothing changed (well it changed but the tank didn't get "much" better). It's still mediocre at best, only thing is dps but this is nothing with 320 alpha and bad mm, so no support. Stay away, 140 is way better
