I don't understand why this tank ever was so bad. There are so many more tanks in WOT like this. I like that they fixed this but I feel like they owe all those people an apology. It was a reward tank. For 10 years it was unusable. They even buffed things like the IS-6 a long time ago, and then the 112, and this just sat there. Nice games and commentary Iyo!

1st battle IS3 was so angry, because of one shot to cupola he went in rage mode, then got pushed into water to drown, could not shoot underwater, didn't even drown but got shot while in water.... probably rage quit, poor soul, totally humiliated. The solution is not to go in rage mode, just chill!

I don't have a grudge against the IS-5 but I do have a lot of hatred on Chrysler K and Obj 252U those tanks gives me PTSD that I'm willing to "nerf" them myself >l:(

I think defender can work. But gun is unreliable. Ask your team if they need lorr 40t. It's fast, had a clip and great pen

I don't agree. Is 5 is faster with 42 km/h than the 252 u. The is 5's gun is more accurate, with best shells and a best gun depression. The turret is the same and only the frontal armor is better for the 252 u.

Would you recommend this tank for IS-3 lover? I've got IS-3A, but the autoloader is nothing like the tech tree one. I tried 252U, but I don't really like it, the gunhandling is dogshit compared to IS-3.

İyouxin try improved aiming instead of vert. stab. on your 2. setup and use it when u play sniper like u played erlenberg and I m sure it will perfom better in that way. Actauly it may even worth to play with improved aiming all the time since its moving dispersion values are amazing. With improved aiming u may snipe better.

@@nephalos666 sorry but the is 5 is faster 42km/h vs 35 km/h. The is 5 has better shells with apcr 1400m/s and a heat with 270mm. The armor of the turret seems the same. The only good thing for the 252 u is its frontal armor which is incredible.

every time a tank is pure garbage, the advice is to play some other role than the tank is supposed to play. if you pick a heavy tank, the algorithm will take you in consideration when distributing tank roles for each team and in the matchmaking for example 4 vs 4 HT, you will hav 3v4 if you pick is5 and play it as support. your team will start with a handicap from the start. if you want to play support , you get a damn medium tank or a TD. why troll your team into thinking they have equal HT's and find out you actually sit at medium range more. is"trashcan"5 is still trashcan and now even worse, cause people will actually try to play it as support thus giving their team a front side handicap. tragic.
